That's right here at The Phoenix Forums we pride ourselves on just how much work we put forth with all of our staff. We try to get only the best on our staff in order to make our site here top notch. With that though we are always looking for more staff members. Our site is constantly growing and of course with that our staff must grow as well. Listed below in this thread are the current staff positions with what rules that might apply to those staff positions and the duties that are bestowed upon the certain few that are selected to be a part of our staff here.


If interested in helping our our community continue to read through the rest of this thread. Please realize that we really are looking for members who really want to help our community and not just people looking for another staff position on another web board. Without further ado with the next post will be our current open positions. If you wish to apply PM either The Legend, Lokiloki, pÅrÅnØïÐmØThërƒückër or R@n3 with whichever position you'd like.

What do you get in return do you ask? Well small to some but you get to be a part of a great community that has constantly been growing since day one and is a five star site on katz.cd. Not only that but you automatically get permission to our respected members section where we have special downloads and a VIP-esque items.

There are also a few other things that just go with being staff here to say the least we really aim to please all of the people that take time out of their schedule to help our community.

Uploader



We are currently looking for TPF uploaders. We treat our uploaders very well here, just ask one!

All TPF uploads are submitted to katzcd and warezinc and get lots of points. You're asking yourself... what do I have to do... well, let me tell ya!

1) We would like to know if and where you have uploaded before.

2) What kind of content you like to upload.

3) Be able to do 2 uploads a day or 10 a week.

4) Your uploads must have the TPF password and .nfo or site url in links, no other .nfo files from other sites are allowed in your uploads.

Please expect a trial period if you apply for an uploader position its just our way of making sure we get the best of the best.

Forum Moderator



In Order To Apply To Be A Moderator You Must:

Be a forum regular

Have been at the forum and a member for over three months

Have a positive efficacious presence on Phoenix-forums and be proactive (this will ultimately be reflected in your post count and referrals)
Moderators should be knowledgeable in the topic they would like to moderate.

You should be polite and helpful towards other members and give advice whenever needed and whenever possible.

Moderators should visit the forum each day, actively take part in discussions as often as possible, ideally once a day, setting a good example to the other members.

You should also take an active part in discussions between Moderators relating to the running of the forum. The Phoenix Forum Moderators have a responsibility to keep unsuitable content out of the forums as much as possible. Moderators should frequently encourage member participation in their forum, both by posting in existing threads and starting new ones.

Forums that we are looking for specifically at the moment are the XXX sections, and our Forum Discussion sections. If you choose not to apply for either of these you will then be assigned to a forum that we see fit.

Streaming Poster



Where are going to hire a few select members here on TPF to have the job of making posts in the streaming forums we have and also moderate the streaming forums. All we ask is that you post the minimum of 5 streams in two days and also remove the dead streams as they go down.

If you need places to find streams we here at TPF can point you in the right direction. Please feel free to apply for this position if interested.
